RefiRatesToday is a publisher-owned refinance education site operated by Nofo Times LLC. RefiRatesToday may generate revenue through advertising, sponsorships, lead-generation arrangements, or other commercial relationships.
Participating mortgage professionals, mortgage companies, advertisers, sponsors, service providers, or lead recipients are independent third parties. They do not own RefiRatesToday, operate RefiRatesToday or control editorial decisions.
Lead generation as a publisher service
RefiRatesToday may route consumer inquiries to participating mortgage professionals, advertisers, sponsors, or service providers for the purpose of responding to the visitor's inquiry. A lead-generation relationship does not make RefiRatesToday a lender, mortgage broker, loan servicer, or mortgage originator.
A submitted inquiry is intended to start an introductory conversation. It is not a full loan application and should not include Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, mortgage statements, or other sensitive financial documents.
Lead recipient responsibilities
Any mortgage professional, advertiser, sponsor, or lead recipient that works with RefiRatesToday is responsible for its own licensing, consumer disclosures, compliance obligations, communications, privacy practices, marketing practices, pricing, underwriting, and services.
RefiRatesToday may decline, pause, or end relationships that create compliance concerns, poor user experience, misleading rate claims, or confusion about whether RefiRatesToday is a lender or broker.
Editorial independence
Advertising, sponsorship, or lead-generation relationships do not determine RefiRatesToday's editorial conclusions. Commercial relationships should not require misleading rate claims, guaranteed-savings language, unverified licensing claims, or advice that conflicts with the consumer-education purpose.
The publisher may accept, reject, modify, or end commercial relationships based on fit, compliance concerns, user experience, and editorial standards.
